Nice holiday home with many beds, where you have a fantastic garden and the proximity to Köpingsvik and Borgholm. The house has been Pinnekulla's old school and has a lush lovely garden you can enjoy in, here are various fruit trees and a walnut tree. There is a covered terrace where you can really enjoy breakfast or a bite to eat together. There is a great atmosphere and plenty of seating if you are more. There is also a terrace behind the outbuilding facing the beautiful fields / meadows, here is more comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sun. Barbecue is available if desired. You also have a couple of bikes that the guest is responsible for as well as board games such as cube and badminton. The house has large living areas. The one that is a combined living room and dining room has a large rustic dining table with plenty of seating, as well as a large comfortable sofa group and TV. There is another living room with sofa, TV and desk. The kitchen with old-world charm is bright and well equipped. There is a dining table with kitchen sofa and chairs. Downstairs there is a double bedroom, as well as a small built-in bunk bed for 2 smaller children. Toilet with shower and sink and washing machine. Drying wick is in the garden. The upper floor which has sloping ceilings and lower to the ceiling has plenty of sleeping space, in one bedroom there are 2 beds, in the other there are 3 beds of which on 2 of the beds it is possible to fold out extra bed, so there will be double beds. (one less suitable to fold out because it becomes too narrow a passage into the room). Most suitable 8 beds, but really 9 if you want. The house is located next to a fairly busy road, but is equipped with a fence. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups. Here you live in the middle of Öland with a perfect location for exploring. You are close to Köpingsvik (2.5km) with its popular fine beaches and Borgholm with its large restaurant selection. Everyone creates their favorite places on Öland, but Alvaret, Borgholm's castle ruins, Solliden, wonderful Byxelkrok and Böda's rolling beaches are popular places well worth a visit. Also take the opportunity to enjoy Öland's good body cakes. Das Haus diente einst als Dorfschule von Pinnekulla und hat ein üppig bewachsenes Naturgrundstück, das zum Entspannen im Freien einlädt. Dort wachsen u.a. verschiedene Obstbäume und einen Walnussbaum. Es steht auch eine überdachte Terrasse für die Mahlzeiten des Tages zur Verfügung. Hinter einem Nebengebäude befindet sich auch ein weiterer Sitzplatz, mit Ausblick zu grünen Felder/Wiesen in der Umgebung, ausgestattet mit bequemen Loungemöbeln sowie einigen Sonnenliegen. Hier können Sie in der Abendsonne den Urlaubstag ausklingen lassen. Ein Gartengrill ist auf Anfrage verfügbar. Zudem stehen vor Ort auch ein paar Fahrräder bereit (ohne Gewähr). Das Ferienhaus hat unten einen offen kombinierten Wohn- und Essbereich mit großem, rustikalem Esstisch mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten sowie einer großen, gemütlichen Sitzecke. Zweites Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Fernseher und Schreibtisch im Haus. Helle, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Essplatz. Im Parterre befindet sich auch ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie ein kleines eingebautes Etagenbett für 2 kleinere Kinder. Toilette mit Dusche und Waschbecken und Waschmaschine. Trockenmöglichkeit im Garten. Die obere Etage mit Dachschrägen bietet zwei weitere Schlafzimmer; eines mit zwei Einzelbetten, das zweite mit drei Schlafplätzen, zwei davon ausklappbar zu einer breiteren Liegefläche. Jedoch fehlt der Platz zum Ausklappen beider Betten, da der Durchgang im Zimmer zu eng dafür ist (siehe Foto). Daher wurden max. 8 Schlafplätze angegeben. Das Haus steht an einer recht stark befahrenen Straße, das Grundstück ist aber mit einem Zaun ausgestattet. Das Ferienhaus wird nicht an Jugendgruppen vermietet!
