Elevated holiday hottage in one of West Zealand's most coveted natural areas with views of the sea and the open countryside. The house is well maintained with large windows overlooking the sea. The bathroom was renovated in 2015 with e.g. underfloor heating. With a terrace and several cosy sheltered spots the plot will be the basis for many good hours. Im Sommerhalbjahr hat ein Restaurant, ca. 2 km vom Haus geöffnet. Der nächst größere Ort ist Kalundborg mit mittelalterlichen Gebäuden, Schwimmhalle und Geschäften. Am Ferienhaus wurde eine Steckdose installiert mit Anschlussmöglichkeit für Ladekabel von E-Autos: CEE-Steckdose für 400 Volt und Steckdose für 220 Volt. La casa está muy bien cuidada con grandes ventanales con vistas al mar. El baño de la casa fue reformado en 2015 donde, entre otras cosas, se ha instalado suelo radiante. Con una terraza y varios rincones y recovecos acogedores, hay una base para muchas buenas horas. A poca distancia de una buena playa con embarcadero. La zona ofrece ricas oportunidades para pescar y experimentar la naturaleza, al igual que un campo de golf de 18 hoyos se encuentra a poca distancia. En verano hay aprox. 2 km al restaurante. Kalundborg es la ciudad comercial más cercana con edificios medievales, una piscina y emocionantes tiendas. Maison de vacances en hauteur dans l'une des zones naturelles convoitées de l'ouest de la Zélande avec vue sur la mer et le paysage ouvert. La maison est bien entretenue avec de grandes fenêtres donnant sur la mer. La salle de bain de la maison a été rénovée en 2015 où, entre autres, le chauffage au sol a été installé. Avec une terrasse et plusieurs coins et recoins cosy, il y a une base pour de nombreuses bonnes heures. Courte distance de la bonne plage avec jetée. La région offre de riches possibilités de pêche et d'expériences dans la nature, tout comme un parcours de golf de 18 trous se trouve à une courte distance. En été, il y a env. 2 km au restaurant. Kalundborg est le bourg le plus proche avec des bâtiments médiévaux, une piscine et des boutiques passionnantes. La zona offre ricche opportunità per la pesca e le esperienze nella natura, così come un campo da golf a 18 buche si trova a breve distanza. In estate ci sono ca. 2 km dal ristorante. Wysoko położony dom wakacyjny w jednym z najbardziej pożądanych obszarów przyrodniczych Zachodniej Zelandii z widokiem na morze i otwarty krajobraz. Dom jest zadbany z dużymi oknami z widokiem na morze. Łazienka w domu została wyremontowana w 2015 roku, w której zainstalowano m.in. ogrzewanie podłogowe. Z tarasem i kilkoma przytulnymi zakamarkami to podstawa na wiele dobrych godzin. Niewielka odległość do dobrej plaży z pomostem. Okolica oferuje bogate możliwości wędkowania i doświadczenia natury, podobnie jak w niewielkiej odległości od 18-dołkowego pola golfowego. W okresie letnim jest ok. godz. 2 km do restauracji. Kalundborg to najbliższe miasteczko targowe ze średniowiecznymi budynkami, basenem i ekscytującymi sklepami.
