Welcome to this beautiful holiday home with an amazing view of the lake Bornan. This is a perfect destination for those who enjoy fishing, golfing and tennis. Thehouse was built in the early 1800’s and features a large kitchen with a wood burning stove and an electric stove. The house has been maintained in it’s original style but features a modern kitchen and a tiled bathroom.The bedroom features a Wood stove and a double bed with a beautiful 19th century headboard. The landning on the upper floor is furnished and suitable for relaxing and spending time together. The garden is large and includes garden furniture. There is also a wood fuelled sauna. The lake is only fifty metres from the house, the sea is one kilometre from the house and both offer fishing opportunities. The owner has a rowing boat that you can book and the owner also provides five life vests. There are several beautiful golf courses in Uppland. The closest ones are Väddö golf course, only four kilometres away, and Hallstavik, fifteen kilometres away. Älmsta, 3 kilometres away, offers two golf courses, one with gravel and one that is paved.

Nahe des Sees Bornan, inmitten herrlicher Naturlandschaft mit reicher Fauna und Flora, findet man dieses geräumige, ältere Haus mit urigem Charme. Der See liegt nur gut 50 m entfernt und lädt zu einer Angelpartie mit dem zugehörigen Ruderboot ein. Dies teilt man sich mit dem Eigentümer und kann es vor Ort tageweise reservieren, inkl. 5 Schwimmwesten. Meeresangeln ist etwa 1 km entfernt bei Ortalaviken möglich. Das Gehöft wurde im frühen 19. Jh. erbaut und hat noch heute eine Küche mit nostalgischer, holzbefeuerter Kochstelle sowie Elektroherd. Das Brennholz dafür kommt aus dem eigenen Wald des Eigentümers, der bei der Renovierung viel Wert darauf gelegt hat, den ursprünglichen Baustil des Hauses zu erhalten, ohne dabei jedoch auf modernen Komfort in Küche und Bad zu verzichten. In einem SZ ist u.a. eine echte Antiquität, ein Doppelbett mit bewahrtem Kopf- u. Fußende aus dem späten 19. Jh. zu finden. Die Region Uppland hat diverse schöne Golfplätze, z.B. in Väddö (4 km) und in Hallstavik (15 km) zu bieten. Tennisplatz (Asche und Asphalt) in Älmsta (3 km). Außerdem kann man sich noch sportlich bei einer Ruderpartie mit dem Boot betätigen. Machen Sie einfach einen Ausflug zu einem der Felsen im See und verbringen Sie hier, mit Picknickkorb ausgerüstet, einen schönen Badetag. Auf einem Spaziergang im Wald kann man zur richtigen Jahreszeit Pilze und Beeren sammeln. Abends steht dann Relaxen in der hauseigenen, holzbefeuerten Sauna auf dem Programm.
Maravillosa casa junto al lago Bornan en un entorno muy pintoresco. La casa es de principios del siglo XIX con una gran cocina con estufa de leña y eléctrica. Se cuece con leña de su propio bosque. El propietario ha hecho un buen trabajo conservando el estilo arquitectónico de la casa, pero está equipada con una cocina completamente moderna y un baño con azulejos. El dormitorio tiene una estufa y una hermosa cama doble con cabeceros de madera de finales del siglo XIX. El salón amueblado en la parte superior. muy adecuado para juegos de mesa y socializar. Afuera, en la gran parcela hay tumbonas para momentos agradables y relajantes bajo el sol. Empaque una canasta de picnic y salga con la canoa o el bote a un hermoso acantilado en el lago y tenga un día completo de sol y natación. Después de un largo día en la naturaleza, es agradable relajarse en la sauna de leña. Las oportunidades para la buena pesca están disponibles en el lago que está a sólo unos cincuenta metros de la casa. Si desea pescar en el mar, esto también es posible, el mar está a aproximadamente 1 km de la casa. Si está interesado en el golf, hay varios campos hermosos en Uppland. Magnifique maison au bord du lac Bornan dans un environnement très pittoresque. La maison est du début du 19ème siècle avec une grande cuisine avec poêle à bois et électrique. Le propriétaire a fait un excellent travail de préservation du style architectural de la maison mais est néanmoins équipé d'une cuisine entièrement moderne et d'une salle de bain carrelée. La chambre dispose d'un poêle et d'un beau lit double avec têtes de lit en bois de la fin du 19ème siècle. Le hall meublé au dessus. bien adapté pour les jeux de société et la socialisation. A l'extérieur, sur le grand terrain, il y a des chaises longues pour de beaux moments de détente au soleil. Emportez un panier de pique-nique et sortez avec le canoë ou le bateau jusqu'à une belle falaise du lac et passez une journée complète au soleil et à la baignade. Après une longue journée dans la nature, il est agréable de se détendre dans le sauna au feu de bois. Des possibilités de bonne pêche sont disponibles dans le lac qui n'est qu'à une cinquantaine de mètres de la maison. Si vous souhaitez pêcher en mer, c'est également possible, la mer est à environ 1 km de la maison. Si vous êtes intéressé par le golf, il y a un certain nombre de beaux parcours à Uppland. Les deux plus proches : Väddö GK (4km) et Hallstavik GK (15km). Pour ceux d'entre vous qui jouent au tennis, il y a un court de gravier et un court d'asphalte à Älmsta (3 km) à réserver. Meravigliosa casa sul lago Bornan in un ambiente molto panoramico. La casa è dei primi dell'800 con una grande cucina sia a legna che elettrica. Viene cotto con legna della propria foresta. Il proprietario ha fatto un ottimo lavoro nel preservare lo stile architettonico della casa, ma è comunque dotato di una cucina completamente moderna e di un bagno piastrellato. La camera da letto ha una stufa e un bel letto matrimoniale con testiera in legno di fine '800. La sala arredata in alto. adatto per giochi da tavolo e socializzazione. All'esterno sul grande appezzamento ci sono sedie a sdraio per piacevoli momenti di relax al sole. Prepara un cestino da picnic ed esci con la canoa o la barca verso una bella scogliera nel lago e goditi un'intera giornata di sole e nuoto. Dopo una lunga giornata nella natura, è piacevole rilassarsi nella sauna a legna. Possibilità di buona pesca sono disponibili nel lago che dista solo una cinquantina di metri dalla casa. Se si vuole pescare in mare è possibile anche questo, il mare dista circa 1 km dalla casa. Se sei interessato al golf, ci sono una serie di bellissimi campi nell'Uppland. I due più vicini: Väddö GK (4 km) e Hallstavik GK (15 km). Per quelli di voi che giocano a tennis, c'è un campo di ghiaia e un campo in asfalto a Älmsta (3 km) da prenotare. Wspaniały dom nad jeziorem Bornan w bardzo malowniczym otoczeniu. Dom z początku XIX wieku z dużą kuchnią z piecem opalanym drewnem i elektrycznym. Jest opalany drewnem z własnego lasu. Właściciel wykonał kawał dobrej roboty, zachowując styl architektoniczny domu, ale mimo to jest wyposażony w całkowicie nowoczesną kuchnię i łazienkę wyłożoną kafelkami. W sypialni piec i piękne podwójne łóżko z drewnianymi zagłówkami z końca XIX wieku. Umeblowany hol na górze. dobrze nadaje się do gier planszowych i spotkań towarzyskich. Na zewnątrz na dużej działce znajdują się leżaki na miłe, relaksujące chwile na słońcu. Spakuj kosz piknikowy i wypłyń kajakiem lub łodzią na piękny klif w jeziorze i spędź cały dzień na słońcu i pływaniu. Po długim dniu spędzonym na łonie natury przyjemnie jest zrelaksować się w opalanej drewnem saunie. Okazja do dobrego wędkowania jest dostępna w jeziorze, które znajduje się tylko około 50 metrów od domu. Jeśli chcesz łowić ryby w morzu, jest to również możliwe, morze znajduje się około 1 km od domu. Jeśli interesuje Cię golf, w Uppland jest wiele pięknych pól golfowych.
