Die Wohnung ist idyllisch gelegen, nah am Wasser mit den Möglichkeiten die eine solche Lage bietet. Schöner Sitzplatz am Haus sowie unten am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist hell und wohnliche eingerichtete und hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils drei Schlafplätzen in Betten. Zudem Küche mit Essecke sowie Wohnzimmer mit separatem Essbereich. Das berühmte Aussichtsplateau Prekestolen liegt nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt, wobei der letzte Teil hinauf zu Fuß erklettert werden muss. Die Orte Tau und Jørpeland haben diverse Geschäfte und Restaurants und das größere Stavanger ist nur eine halbe Autostunde entfernt.
