Bright and well-appointed cottage with sauna and tasteful, modern decor and attractive location on a secluded natural plot on the outskirts of Lønstrup City. The house was newly decorated in 2017 with i.a. new kitchen. There is a living room in open connection with the kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom with underfloor heating and access to the sauna. The house is well maintained and every detail in the decor has been thought of. For cheap heating and not least cosiness, a wood-burning stove has been installed. In addition, the house is equipped with an air-to-air heat pump, this can also be used as air conditioning. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace area. The plot is flat nature and lawn plot surrounded by planting, and for the children there is a swing and sandpit. Access to the beach and sea is easy on foot along the small roads through the area. Not for rent to youth groups. Eine moderne Wärmepumpe verringert den Stromverbrauch und damit auch die Nebenkosten. Diese lässt sich an warmen Tagen zudem als Klimaanlage nutzen. Für kühlere Abende steht ein Holzofen bereit. Vom Wohnbereich aus hat man direkten Zugang zur Terrassenfläche davor und weiter zum Naturgrundstück mit Rasenfläche und Bäumen ringsum. Dort stehen für Kinder Schaukel und Sandkasten bereit. Über kleine Trampelpfade gelangt man schnell an die nahe Küste. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht! La casa fue recién decorada en 2017 con i.a. Cocina nueva. Hay una sala de estar en conexión abierta con la cocina, tres dormitorios y un baño con calefacción por suelo radiante y acceso a la sauna. La casa está muy bien cuidada y se ha pensado en cada detalle de la decoración. Para una calefacción económica y no menos acogedora, se instala una estufa de leña. Además, la casa está equipada con una bomba de calor aire-aire, que también se puede utilizar como aire acondicionado. Desde el salón hay acceso directo a la zona de la terraza. La parcela es de naturaleza llana y césped rodeada de plantas, y para los niños hay un columpio y un cajón de arena. Il y a un salon en communication ouverte avec la cuisine, trois chambres et une salle de bain avec chauffage au sol et accès au sauna. La maison est bien entretenue et chaque détail de la décoration a été pensé. Pour un chauffage pas cher et non des moindres, un poêle à bois est installé. De plus, la maison est équipée d'une pompe à chaleur air-air, celle-ci peut également être utilisée comme climatisation. Depuis le salon, il y a un accès direct à la terrasse. Le terrain est plat et gazonné entouré de plantations, et pour les enfants il y a une balançoire et un bac à sable. Jasny i dobrze wyposażony domek z sauną i gustownym, nowoczesnym wystrojem i atrakcyjną lokalizacją na zacisznej działce naturalnej na obrzeżach miasta Lønstrup. Dom został nowo wykończony w 2017 roku m.in. nowa kuchnia. Składa się z salonu połączonego z kuchnią, trzech sypialni oraz łazienki z ogrzewaniem podłogowym i dostępem do sauny.
