In the middle of the Sörmland landscape in Vrena, Nyköping municipality, just a little bit from Lake Yngaren, lies this renovated old 19th century house. A large plot with lawn surrounds the house. Here is room for outdoor activities and lazy days in the shade of the large willow tree at the back of the house where there is a solid outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The house has a small entrance with space to hang clothes and further into the house there is a kitchen with dining area and an old iron stove which is advantageously fired in during a little cooler days. Wood can buy from the owner. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa which at night turns into a 140 cm sleeping area. TV and a couple of armchairs. A steep attic staircase leads up to the bright sleeping loft which is furnished with a single bed on one side and a double bed towards the other end, not separated by a wall. The bathroom is adjacent to the entrance. When the weather allows, there is a lovely bathing place about 300 m from the house called Harhålet. A very well maintained swimming area with barbecue facilities and swimming from sandy beach. Around Yngaren there are several bathing coves with smaller cliffs for those who are looking for more privacy. For those who like the lake but do not want to get wet, a rowing boat is included in the rent. The angler has a rich sea life where you fish everything from pike to whitefish and lake. Fishing license is required and can be purchased online or at, among others, the Tourist Office in Nyköping. In Sörmland there are many estates and manors, some offer guided tours and others you can admire from a distance. There are excellent cycle paths around Yngaren and is a great alternative when you want to discover the surroundings. Sörmlandsleden is nearby and offers wonderful hikes.

Inmitten der reizvollen Landschaft der Region Sörmland liegt nahe des Ortes Vrena, im Bezirk Nyköping und nur einen Steinwurf vom Seeufer des Yngaren entfernt, dieses traditonelle, hübsch renovierte Ferienhäuschen. Es wurde hier einst im 19. Jahrhundert auf einem Naturgrundstück mit Bäumen erbaut. Heutzutage umgibt das Haus ein weitläufiges Rasengrundstück und gleich auf der anderen Seite des Zauns funkelt der See verlockend. Hier gibt es viel Platz für Outdoor-Aktivitäten und entspannte Urlaubstage im Schatten der großen Weide an der Rückseite des Hauses, wo Sie solide Gartenmöbel und ein Gartengrill erwarten. Im Haus kleiner Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe und dahinter Küche mit Essecke und gusseisernem Holzherd für gemütliche Wärme an kühleren Tagen. Holz kann beim Eigentümer erworben werden. Im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer stehen einige Sessel und ein bequemes Sofa, das für die Nacht in einen 140 cm breiten Schlafplatz umgewandelt werden kann. Den Raum ziert zudem ein traditioneller Kachelofen. Außerdem modernes Badezimmer unten im Haus. Eine steile Dachbodentreppe führt hinauf ins Dachgeschoss mit offenem Schlafboden: auf einer Seite stehen zwei Einzelbetten, auf der anderen ein Doppelbett bereit, ohne Trennwand dazwischen. Wenn das Wetter es zulässt, gibt es etwa 300 m nur vom Haus entfernt einen schönen Badeplatz namens Harhålet. Das angelegte Badeufer dort ist gut gepflegt und bietet eine Strandlinie mit Grillmöglichkeiten. Rund um den See Yngaren findet man weitere Badebuchten mit kleineren Klippen für Badegäste, die mehr Privatsphäre suchen. Zudem kann für Ausflüge auf dem Wasser ein Ruderboot ausgeliehen werden. Der Angler hat vor Ort auch seinen Spaß, mit z.B. Hecht oder Weißfisch am Haken. Ein Angelschein ist erforderlich und kann online oder alternativ auch im Tourismusbüro in Nyköping erworben werden. En medio del paisaje de Sörmland en Vrena, en el municipio de Nyköping, a tiro de piedra del lago Yngaren, se encuentra esta antigua cabaña renovada del siglo XIX. Una gran parcela con césped rodea la casa y tiene el lago que brilla al otro lado de la valla. Aquí hay espacio para actividades al aire libre y días de descanso a la sombra del gran sauce en la parte trasera de la casa, donde hay un sólido mobiliario de exterior y una barbacoa. La casa tiene una pequeña entrada con espacio para colgar la ropa y más adentro de la casa hay una cocina con comedor y una vieja estufa de hierro que se enciende ventajosamente durante los días un poco más frescos. En el salón hay un cómodo sofá que por la noche se convierte en una zona de dormitorio de 140 cm. TV y un par de sillones. Aquí también está la vieja estufa de azulejos de la casa, que es agradable para hacer fuego. Una escalera empinada del ático sube al ático luminoso que está amueblado con dos camas individuales en un lado y una cama doble en el otro extremo, no separadas por una pared. El baño, nuevo y fresco, se encuentra junto a la entrada. Cuando el tiempo lo permite, hay un bonito lugar para bañarse a unos 300 m de la casa llamado Harhålet. Una zona de baño muy bien cuidada con zona de barbacoa y natación desde la playa de arena. Alrededor de Yngaren hay varias calas de baño con acantilados más pequeños para aquellos que buscan más privacidad. Para los que les gusta el lago pero no quieren mojarse, el alquiler incluye un bote de remos. El pescador tiene una rica vida marina en la que se pescan de todo, desde lucios hasta pescados blancos y lagos. Un escalier mansardé raide monte au grenier lumineux qui est meublé de deux lits simples d'un côté et d'un lit double de l'autre côté, non séparés par un mur. La salle de bain, neuve et fraîche, est adjacente à l'entrée. Lorsque le temps le permet, il y a un joli lieu de baignade à environ 300 m de la maison appelé Harhålet. Une zone de baignade très bien entretenue avec barbecue et baignade depuis la plage de sable. Autour d'Yngaren, il y a plusieurs criques de baignade avec des falaises plus petites pour ceux qui recherchent plus d'intimité. Pour ceux qui aiment le lac mais ne veulent pas se mouiller, un bateau à rames est inclus dans le loyer. Le pêcheur a une vie marine riche où vous pêchez de tout, du brochet au corégone et au lac. Les permis de pêche sont obligatoires et peuvent être achetés en ligne ou, entre autres, à l'Office de tourisme de Nyköping. Il y a aussi un bateau en aluminium, Linder, avec moteur 8 cv à louer pour un prix journalier sur place via le propriétaire, voir plus d'infos et détails de prix dans la maison. Nel soggiorno c'è un comodo divano che di notte si trasforma in una zona notte di 140 cm. TV e un paio di poltrone. Qui c'è anche la vecchia stufa in maiolica della casa che è accogliente per accendere il fuoco. Una ripida scala mansardata sale alla luminosa mansarda che è arredata con due letti singoli da un lato e un letto matrimoniale contro l'altro, non separati da un muro. Il bagno, nuovo e fresco, è adiacente all'ingresso. Quando il tempo lo permette, a circa 300 m dalla casa c'è un bel posto di balneazione chiamato Harhålet. Una zona balneare molto ben tenuta con barbecue e nuoto dalla spiaggia sabbiosa. Intorno a Yngaren ci sono diverse insenature balneabili con scogliere più piccole per coloro che cercano più privacy. Per chi ama il lago ma non vuole bagnarsi, nel canone di locazione è inclusa una barca a remi. Il pescatore ha una ricca vita marina dove si pesca di tutto, dal luccio al coregone e al lago. Le licenze di pesca sono necessarie e possono essere acquistate online o, tra l'altro, presso l'Ufficio del Turismo di Nyköping.
