The living room is well furnished and with air / air heat pump, wood stove, wireless internet, TV with Danish and German channels and Chromecast for streaming. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower and combi machine for laundry. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee machine, extractor hood, etc. On the large plot surrounded by trees there is a good large terrace and i.a. swing and trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance).

Ferienhaus auf einem großen Naturgrundstück bei Tranum Strand. Das 1980 erbaute, traditionelle Ferienhaus wird laufend instand gehalten und wurde zuletzt 2020 teilweise modernisiert. Das ansprechend eingerichtete Ferienhaus hat drei Schlafzimmer: eines mit zwei höhenverstellbaren Einzelbetten, das zweite mit einem Doppelbett in Dreiviertelgröße, das dritte mit einer doppelten Schlafcouch. Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer ist mit einer energieeffizienten Wärmepumpe sowie Holzofen, WLAN und TV mit einigen deutschen Sendern, dazu Chromecast zum Streamen ausgestattet. Badezimmer mit WC, Waschbecken und Dusche. Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Dunstabzugshaube etc. Zudem praktischer Waschtrockner (Kombigerät) im Haus. Auf dem großen Naturgrundstück, umgeben von schützenden Bäumen, gibt es eine große Terrassenfläche sowie Schaukel und Gartentrampolin für die Kinder (Nutzung nur auf eigenes Risiko!).
Casa de vacaciones ubicada en una gran parcela natural junto a Tranum Strand. La cabaña es de 1980 y se moderniza continuamente para 2020 y está muy bien amueblada con tres dormitorios, uno de los cuales tiene dos camas elevadas, el otro es con una cama de tres cuartos y el último es con una cama supletoria en el sofá cama. La sala de estar está bien amueblada y con bomba de calor aire / aire, estufa de leña, internet inalámbrico, TV con canales daneses y alemanes y Chromecast para transmisión. Cuarto de baño con inodoro, lavabo y ducha y máquina combi para lavandería. Cocina con lavavajillas, frigorífico / congelador, microondas, cafetera, campana extractora, etc. En la gran parcela rodeada de árboles hay una buena terraza grande e i.a. columpio y trampolín (usado bajo su propio riesgo / seguro).

Le salon est bien meublé et avec pompe à chaleur air/air, poêle à bois, internet sans fil, TV avec chaînes danoises et allemandes et Chromecast pour le streaming. Salle de bain avec WC, lavabo et douche et machine combi pour la lessive. Cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur/congélateur, micro-ondes, cafetière, hotte aspirante, etc. Sur le grand terrain entouré d'arbres, il y a une bonne grande terrasse et i.a. balançoire et trampoline (utilisé à vos risques et périls / assurance).

Il casolare è del 1980 e continuamente rimodernato entro il 2020 e molto ben arredato con tre camere da letto, di cui una con due letti rialzati, l'altra è con un letto alla francese e l'ultima è con un letto aggiunto sul divano letto. Il soggiorno è ben arredato e dotato di pompa di calore aria/aria, stufa a legna, internet wireless, TV con canali danesi e tedeschi e Chromecast per lo streaming. Bagno con wc, lavabo e doccia e macchina combinata per il bucato. Cucina con lavastoviglie, frigo/freezer, microonde, macchina per il caffè, cappa aspirante, ecc. Sul grande appezzamento circondato da alberi c'è un buon terrazzo grande e i.a. altalena e trampolino (utilizzato a proprio rischio/assicurazione).

Dom wakacyjny położony na dużej naturalnej działce przy Tranum Strand. Domek pochodzi z 1980 roku i jest stale modernizowany do 2020 roku i jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony w trzy sypialnie, z których jedna ma dwa łóżka na podwyższeniu, druga jest z łóżkiem 3/4, a ostatnia jest z dostawką na rozkładanej sofie. Salon jest dobrze umeblowany i wyposażony w pompę ciepła powietrze/powietrze, piec na drewno, bezprzewodowy internet, telewizor z kanałami duńskimi i niemieckimi oraz Chromecast do przesyłania strumieniowego. Łazienka z WC, umywalką i prysznicem oraz maszyną kombi do prania. Kuchnia ze zmywarką, lodówko-zamrażarką, mikrofalówką, ekspresem do kawy, okapem itp.
