Tutaj panuje miła atmosfera, a dom jest jasny i zachęcający z dużym oknem wychodzącym na wodę. Dom jest dobrze umeblowany i ma dobry rozkład. Jest przedpokój, duży salon połączony z kuchnią i jadalnią, które razem tworzą duży jasny pokój ze skośnym sufitem i widokiem na morze. Stąd jest dostęp do pięknego tarasu domu.
