In this cottage you will find a house as well as details from the top drawer. With only approx. 100 meters to Flensburg Fjord you are guaranteed a beautiful view and beach just around the corner. The house itself is on 2 levels. On the ground floor there is a double bed. You will find the other beds on the 1st floor of the house. Both from the living room and the 1st floor you get the beautiful view of the fjord. There are cozy corners in the dining room as well as on the 1st floor. You will find a PlayStation on the 1st floor and outside there is almost a playground for both big and small. There are e.g. a very special bowling alley, which you shoot at targets after, as well as e.g. football goal. You have several terraces by the house. One is covered so that the outdoors can be lived regardless of the weather and wind. Not for rent to youth groups.

Geräumiges Feriendomizil an der dänischen Seite der Flensburger Förde. Innen geschmackvoll und komfortabel mit nostalgischen Details eingerichtet. Sie wohnen hier nur etwa 100 m von der Küste entfernt und genießen so schöne Aussicht zum Wasser. Das nächste Strandufer findet man quasi gleich um die Ecke. Das Ferienhaus bietet zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss liegt u.a. ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, die anderen drei Schlafzimmer liegen alle oben. Sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch oben vom ersten Stock aus haben Sie schönen Ausblick zum Wasser in der Förde. Zudem gibt es gemütliche Sitzecken im Esszimmer sowie in der oberen Etage. Zur technischen Ausstattung gehören ein TV mit deutschen Sendern zur Auswahl sowie eine PlayStation oben im 1. Stock. Im Außenbereich schöne Spiefläche für die Kinder, u.a. mit einer ganz besonderen Kegelbahn und einem kleinen Fußballtor. Zur Entspannung stehen mehrere Terrassen bereit, eine davon überdacht für heiße Tage oder kühlere Abende. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht!
En esta cabaña encontrará una casa, así como detalles del cajón superior. Con solo aprox. A 100 metros del fiordo de Flensburg se le garantiza una hermosa vista y la playa a la vuelta de la esquina. La casa en sí tiene 2 niveles. En la planta baja hay una cama doble. Encontrará las otras camas en el 1er piso de la casa. Tanto desde la sala de estar como desde el primer piso se obtiene la hermosa vista del fiordo. Hay rincones acogedores tanto en el comedor como en el 1er piso. Encontrará una PlayStation en el primer piso y afuera hay casi un área de juegos para grandes y pequeños. Hay, por ejemplo, una bolera muy especial, en la que disparas a los objetivos, así como, por ejemplo, portería de fútbol. Tienes varias terrazas junto a la casa. Uno está cubierto para que el aire libre se pueda vivir sin importar el clima y el viento. No se alquila a grupos de jóvenes.
Dans ce cottage, vous trouverez une maison ainsi que des détails du tiroir du haut. Avec seulement env. À 100 mètres du fjord de Flensburg, vous avez la garantie d'une vue magnifique et d'une plage juste au coin de la rue. La maison elle-même est sur 2 niveaux. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a un lit double. Vous trouverez les autres couchages au 1er étage de la maison. Depuis le salon et le 1er étage, vous avez une vue magnifique sur le fjord. Il y a des coins cosy dans la salle à manger ainsi qu'au 1er étage. Vous trouverez une PlayStation au 1er étage et à l'extérieur il y a presque une aire de jeux pour petits et grands. Il y a par ex. un bowling très spécial, que vous tirez sur des cibles, ainsi que par ex. but de foot. Vous disposez de plusieurs terrasses à côté de la maison. L'un est couvert pour que l'extérieur puisse être vécu quel que soit le temps et le vent. Pas à louer à des groupes de jeunes.

La casa stessa è su 2 livelli. Al piano terra c'è un letto matrimoniale. Gli altri letti si trovano al 1° piano della casa. Sia dal soggiorno che dal 1° piano si ha una bellissima vista sul fiordo. Ci sono angoli accoglienti nella sala da pranzo e al primo piano. Troverai una PlayStation al 1 ° piano e all'esterno c'è quasi un parco giochi per grandi e piccoli. Ci sono ad es. una pista da bowling molto speciale, che spari ai bersagli, così come ad es. obiettivo di calcio. Hai diverse terrazze vicino alla casa. Uno è coperto in modo da poter vivere l'aria aperta indipendentemente dal tempo e dal vento. Non in affitto a gruppi di giovani.

W tym domku znajdziesz zarówno domek, jak i detale z górnej szuflady. Z zaledwie ok. 100 metrów do Flensburg Fjord masz gwarancję pięknego widoku i plaży tuż za rogiem. Sam dom jest na 2 poziomach. Na parterze znajduje się podwójne łóżko. Pozostałe łóżka znajdziesz na 1. piętrze domu. Zarówno z salonu, jak iz 1 piętra roztacza się piękny widok na fiord. W jadalni oraz na I piętrze znajdują się przytulne kąciki. Na pierwszym piętrze znajduje się konsola PlayStation, a na zewnątrz jest prawie plac zabaw dla dużych i małych. Są m.in. bardzo szczególna kręgielnia, którą strzelasz do celów, a także m.in. gol w pilce noznej. Masz kilka tarasów przy domu. Jeden jest zadaszony, dzięki czemu na zewnątrz można mieszkać bez względu na pogodę i wiatr. Nie do wynajęcia dla grup młodzieżowych.
