On the east coast of the small charming town of Loftahammar is this newly built fine house. The house is located as the last house on a small street above the center and the marina. The house breathes new and fresh and has everything you need for a pleasant holiday. From the hallway extends the room with large TV and a kitchen with a bar counter between the kitchen and living room and two bedrooms. Unweit der Ostseeküste und dem hübschen Hafensstädtchen Loftahammar befindet sich dieses moderne, ansprechende Ferienhaus. Es wurde 2019 erbaut und liegt ganz hinten in einer kleinen, ruhigen Straße, die sich oberhalb des Zentrums und des Hafens befindet. Das Ferienhaus ist hell und wohnlich eingerichtet und bietet einen schönen Rahmen für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub. Vom Eingangsbereich aus hat man direkten Zutritt zum offenen, geschmackvoll gestalteten Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit einer Esstheke zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer. Von diesem großen Raum aus hat man Zutritt zu beiden Schlafzimmern des Hauses sowie zur großen Terrassenfläche davor, die teilweise überdacht ist und schön geschützte Sitzplätze im Freien bietet. Am Anschluss an die Holzterrasse befindet sich das Gästehaus bzw. der Annex, der sich z.B. für ältere Kinder oder mitreisende Großeltern anbietet. Im Annex findet man zwei Betten und auch eine kleine Teeküche, alles zusammen untergebracht in einem offenen, hellen Raum. Das Ortszentrum ist nur etwa 700 m entfernt und stellt mehrere Geschäfte und Restaurants zur Auswahl. Gleich unterhalb liegt der kleine Yachthafen mit regem Betrieb im Sommer sowie einigen Hafenrestaurants. Im Sommer verkehrt ab Loftahammer ein Schärenboot hinaus zu den vorliegenden Schäreninseln mit weiteren Restaurants und Bademöglichkeiten. Der Golfplatz liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums, das nächste Schwimmbad etwa 4 km entfent. In der Umgebung von Loftahammer gibt es weitere Schärengemeinden und Badeufer sowie Angelmöglichkeiten zu entdecken.
En la costa este, en la pequeña y encantadora ciudad de Loftahammar, se encuentra esta bonita casa de nueva construcción. La casa está ubicada como la última casa en una pequeña calle sobre el centro y el puerto deportivo. La casa respira nuevo y fresco y tiene todo lo necesario para unas agradables vacaciones. Desde el pasillo se extiende la sala con TV grande y una cocina con barra de bar entre la cocina y la sala de estar y dos dormitorios. Desde la habitación, la puerta sale a la gran terraza donde puede tumbarse y disfrutar en las tumbonas completamente aislado o disfrutar de las comidas a la parrilla en la mesa del jardín. Desde la cubierta de la terraza también se encuentra la cabaña de invitados, que es adecuada para los niños un poco mayores o si viaja en dos parejas. La cabaña tiene dos camas y aquí también tiene una pequeña área de cocina, todo en el mismo espacio abierto. Sur la côte est, dans la charmante petite ville de Loftahammar, se trouve cette belle maison nouvellement construite. La maison est située comme la dernière maison sur une petite rue au-dessus du centre et de la marina. La maison respire le neuf et la fraîcheur et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer d'agréables vacances. Du hall s'étend la pièce avec une grande TV et une cuisine avec comptoir bar entre cuisine et salon et deux chambres. De la chambre, la porte mène à la grande terrasse où vous pouvez vous allonger et profiter des chaises longues complètement isolées ou profiter des repas du grill à la table du jardin. Depuis le pont de la terrasse se trouve également la maison d'hôtes qui convient aux enfants un peu plus âgés ou si vous voyagez à deux couples. Le chalet dispose de deux lits et ici vous disposez également d'un petit coin cuisine, le tout dans le même espace ouvert. Le centre est à environ 700 mètres et il y a des magasins et des restaurants, et en dessous du centre se trouve la marina où vous pouvez regarder la vie des bateaux ou vous asseoir dans l'un des restaurants du port. Si vous voulez aller à l' une des îles voisines, il y a archipel de trafic Loftahammar en été, et ils ont aussi des restaurants et des possibilités de baignade. La casa si trova come ultima casa in una stradina sopra il centro e il porto turistico. La casa respira nuovo e fresco e ha tutto il necessario per una piacevole vacanza. Dal corridoio si estende la sala con grande TV e una cucina con bancone bar tra cucina e soggiorno e due camere da letto. Dalla camera si esce sulla grande terrazza dove è possibile sdraiarsi e godersi i lettini completamente appartati o gustare i pasti alla griglia al tavolo del giardino. Dal ponte della terrazza si trova anche la casetta degli ospiti che è adatta per i bambini leggermente più grandi o se si viaggia in due coppie. La casetta ha due letti e qui si ha anche un piccolo angolo cottura, il tutto nello stesso open space. Il centro è a circa 700 metri e qui ci sono negozi e ristoranti, e sotto il centro c'è il porto turistico dove puoi guardare la vita in barca o sederti in uno dei ristoranti del porto. Se si vuole andare a una delle isole vicine, c'è arcipelago traffico da Loftahammar in estate, e hanno anche ristoranti e opportunità di nuoto. Anche il pesce, se si desidera provare. Na wschodnim wybrzeżu, w małym, uroczym miasteczku Loftahammar, znajduje się ten nowo wybudowany ładny dom. Dom znajduje się jako ostatni dom na małej uliczce nad centrum i mariną.
