Just north of the city of Linköping and in the middle between the lakes Roxen and Glan in magnificent nature is this well-preserved cottage. Welcoming porch twig and hall leading to the fine kitchen with all amenities incl. dishwasher. There is also a smaller dining area that is suitable for e.g. early breakfast. Adjacent is the spacious living room with large dining table and space for many. A nice curved sofa group with sleeping space for two people. Should any day feel a little chilly, there is also a lovely wood stove that provides cozy and comfortable warmth. The room is perfect for a nice get-together with dinner after the end of the day. The curved stairs lead up to the hall upstairs. There is a large bedroom (25 sqm) with double bed and two cots (0-3 years, 3-12 years). Everything both practical with storage and freshly made. Between the hall and the bedroom is the large bathroom with both shower and bath. Around the house there are large lovely lawns for play and games. Small playhouse for the youngest and trampoline if you want to try. The large forest is behind the house and in front are large open areas with the fence and meadows. Early mornings and late evenings there are plenty of wildlife such as deer, elk, fox, hare, etc. At the right time of year, the forest offers plenty of berries and mushrooms. To the small family bathing place it is about 2.7 km on small nice village roads. (2 bicycles are available to borrow in the house). The bathing area has a sandy beach, jetty and bathing ladder, benches, barbecue area and new overnight hut. Around the area you have magnificent nature with many small villages and lakes within easy reach. To the nearest town Finspång it is about 25 km and here are shops, restaurants, tourist info, etc. The two larger cities Linköping and Norrköping are about 40 km away and here are large shopping centers, museums, many events and lots to see. A day trip on the Göta Canal with all the locks is sure to be a day trip. The canal is only about 20 km from the cottage. Popular excursions are also to visit Kolmården's Zoo, Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby, both about 50-60 km away. Welcome to a genuine Swedish cottage in beautiful nature!

Etwas nördlich der Stadt Linköping und auf halbem Wege zwischen den Seen Roxen und Glan steht inmitten herrlicher Naturlandschaft dieses gut instand gehaltene Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist in typisch skandinavischem, eher schlichtem Stil eingerichtet. Kleine, überdachte Eingangsveranda mit Eingangsdiele im Anschluss. Weiter geht es geradeaus in die helle Küchen mit guter Ausstattung, inklusive Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler und kleinem Essplatz am Fenster. Nebenan liegt das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch und Eckcouch, die auch als doppelte Schlafcouch genutzt werden kann. Für kühlere Tage steht ein wärmender Kaminofen bereit. Hier lässt es sich vor dem Feuer wunderbar entspannen und ausruhen. Eine geschwungene Treppe führt hinauf ins Dachgeschoss mit einem 25 m2 großen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und zwei schmalen Kinderbetten (für 0-3 Jahre bzw. 3-12 Jahre, siehe Fotos). Es gibt Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten und viel Platz. Außerdem Badezimmmer oben, mit Zugang sowohl direkt vom Flur als auch vom Schlafzimmer aus. Im Bad mit Holzboden stehen sowohl eine Duschkabine als auch eine Badewanne bereit. Rund um das Haus gibt es große, schöne Rasenflächen zum Toben und Spielen. Kleines Spielhaus für die Jüngsten sowie Gartentrampolin (Nutzung nur auf eigenes Risiko!). Der tiefe Wald befindet sich direkt hinter dem Haus, davor liegen noch große Naturflächen mit Tierweiden und Wiesen. Am frühen Morgen sowie in der Dämmerung kann man am Waldrand mit etwas Glück wild lebende Tiere wie z.B. Hirsche, Elche, Füchse, Hasen etc. beobachten. Zur richtigen Jahreszeit bietet der Wald auch viele Beeren und Pilze. Das nächste kleine, familienfreundliche Badeufer liegt, der kleinen Dorfstraße folgend, ca. 2,7 km weiter. Zwei Fahrräder stehen am Haus bereit und können ausgeliehen werden (keine Gewähr!). Am Badeufer gibt es Strandlinie, Badesteg und Badeleiter sowie Sitzbänke, Grillplatz und ein Shelter. In der Umgebung findet man herrliche Landschaften mit vielen kleinen Dörfern und Seen in Reichweite. Die nächste Kleinstadt, Finspång, ist ca. 25 km entfernt und bietet Geschäfte, Restaurants, Touristeninformationen etc. Die beiden größeren Städte Linköping und Norrköping liegen ca. 40 km entfernt, dort gibt es große Einkaufszentren, Museen, viele Veranstaltungsangebote usw. Als Tagesausflug eignet sich sicherlich eine Bootsfahrt auf dem Göta-Kanal mit seinen Schleusen. Der Kanal liegt nur etwa 20 km vom Ferienhaus entfernt. Weitere Ausflugsziele in Reichweite sind der Kolmården Zoo und Astrid Lindgrens Welt in Vimmerby, beide ca. 50-60 km entfernt. Entre el pasillo y el dormitorio se encuentra el gran baño con ducha y bañera. Alrededor de la casa hay grandes jardines encantadores para jugar y jugar. Casita de juegos pequeña para los más pequeños y trampolín si quieres probar. El gran bosque está detrás de la casa y al frente hay grandes áreas abiertas con la cerca y los prados. A côté se trouve le salon spacieux avec une grande table à manger et de l'espace pour plusieurs. Un joli groupe de canapés incurvés avec un espace de couchage pour deux personnes. Si une journée est un peu fraîche, il y a aussi un joli poêle à bois qui procure une chaleur agréable et confortable. La salle est parfaite pour une belle rencontre avec dîner après la fin de la journée. Les escaliers incurvés mènent au hall à l'étage. Il y a une grande chambre (25 m²) avec un lit double et deux lits bébé (0-3 ans, 3-12 ans). Tout à la fois pratique avec rangement et fraîchement préparé. Entre le hall et la chambre se trouve la grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Autour de la maison, il y a de grandes et belles pelouses pour jouer et jouer. Petite maisonnette pour les plus jeunes et trampoline si vous voulez essayer. La grande forêt est derrière la maison et devant se trouvent de grands espaces ouverts avec la clôture et les prairies. Tôt le matin et tard le soir, il y a beaucoup d'animaux sauvages comme le cerf, le wapiti, le renard, le lièvre, etc. Au bon moment de l'année, la forêt offre beaucoup de baies et de champignons. Autour de la région, vous avez une nature magnifique avec de nombreux petits villages et lacs facilement accessibles. Ramoscello del portico accogliente e sala che conduce alla cucina raffinata con tutti i comfort incl. lavastoviglie. C'è anche una sala da pranzo più piccola che è adatta ad es. colazione anticipata. Adiacente è l'ampio soggiorno con grande tavolo da pranzo e spazio per molti. Un bel gruppo di divani curvi con spazio per dormire per due persone. Se una giornata dovesse essere un po' fredda, c'è anche una bella stufa a legna che fornisce un calore accogliente e confortevole. La stanza è perfetta per un piacevole ritrovo con la cena dopo la fine della giornata. Le scale curve portano alla sala al piano superiore. C'è una grande camera da letto (25 mq) con letto matrimoniale e due lettini (0-3 anni, 3-12 anni). Tutto sia pratico con spazio di archiviazione che appena fatto. Tra l'ingresso e la camera da letto si trova l'ampio bagno con doccia e vasca. Intorno alla casa ci sono ampi e graziosi prati per il gioco e il gioco. Piccola casetta per i più piccoli e trampolino se volete provarci. Il grande bosco è dietro la casa e davanti ci sono ampi spazi aperti con recinzione e prati. La mattina presto e la sera tardi ci sono molti animali selvatici come cervi, alci, volpi, lepri, ecc. Al momento giusto dell'anno, la foresta offre molti frutti di bosco e funghi. Na północ od miasta Linköping, pośrodku pomiędzy jeziorami Roxen i Glan, we wspaniałej przyrodzie, znajduje się ten dobrze zachowany domek. Powitalna gałązka ganku i hol prowadzący do eleganckiej kuchni ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami m.in. zmywarka. Istnieje również mniejsza jadalnia, która nadaje się m.in. wczesne śniadanie. Obok jest przestronny salon z dużym stołem jadalnym i miejscem dla wielu osób. Ładna, wygięta grupa sof z miejscem do spania dla dwóch osób. Jeśli w każdy dzień będzie trochę chłodno, jest też piękny piec na drewno, który zapewnia przytulne i komfortowe ciepło. Pokój idealnie nadaje się na miłe spotkanie przy kolacji po zakończeniu dnia. Zakrzywione schody prowadzą do holu na piętrze. Jest duża sypialnia (25 mkw) z podwójnym łóżkiem i dwoma łóżeczkami (0-3 lata, 3-12 lat). Wszystko zarówno praktyczne z przechowywaniem, jak i świeżo wykonane. Pomiędzy przedpokojem a sypialnią znajduje się duża łazienka z prysznicem i wanną. Wokół domu znajdują się duże, piękne trawniki do gier i zabaw. Mały domek dla najmłodszych i trampolina, jeśli chcesz spróbować. Za domem znajduje się duży las, a przed domem duże otwarte tereny z ogrodzeniem i łąkami.
