Welcome to Virsjödal, just outside the beautiful coastal community of Figeholm! The entrance to the house goes through the cozy and mostly glazed porch. The house contains a living room with a comfortable large sofa and flat screen TV with many channels via Viasat. Nice, fresh kitchen with small dining area. Two bedrooms, one slightly larger with two single beds and the other slightly smaller with a single bed. Inside the house there is a fully tiled fresh WC. Wall to wall with WC is a large shower area with washing machine which is accessed via a separate entrance from the end of the house. Also here in the shower area there is a separate WC. The cottage is thoroughly renovated and everything is well maintained and nice. The patios will surely be favorites, partly one glazed at the entrance with sun deck in front and certainly the other at the back of the house. Here is large outdoor furniture, ball grill and absolutely wonderful views out over the beautiful small spring lake that lies below. This is probably the place for early breakfast and lovely balmy evenings with dinner and sunset. Around the house there are large open lawns for play and games.
