Es hat einen schönen Wohn-/Essbereich mit direktem Zugang zur Terrassenfläche davor, die teilweise überdacht ist. Zur Ausstattung des Wohnzimmers gehört auch ein hübscher Kaminofen für die kühlere Jahreszeit. WLAN ist vorhanden. Helle Küche mit kleiner Essecke sowie Induktionsfeld, Dunstabzugshaube und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Im Haus auch ein helles Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Zudem doppelte Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Modernes Bad mit schöner Dusche. Die nahe Küste bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Küstenangeln und auch um ein mitgebrachtes Boot hier zu Wasser zu lassen. Während der Sommersaison steht ein Badesteg bereit. Außerdem Spiel- und Bolzplatz in der Umgebung. Vor Ort auch Ladegerät für Elektroauto mit CEE-Anschluss. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht!

Cocina y comedor combinados equipados con i.a. Cocina de inducción, campana extractora y heladera con freezer. Hay un dormitorio luminoso con una cama doble. También hay un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. Bonito cuarto de baño con ducha. La costa ofrece muchas oportunidades para la pesca costera, y en el área existe la oportunidad de lanzar su propio bote remolque. Durante la temporada, se ha habilitado un embarcadero de baño y también hay un parque infantil con i.a. porterías de fútbol en la zona. Hay cargador para coche eléctrico, conector CEE.
