This bright, welcoming apartment is located near the beautiful mountains of Sauerland. The perfect base for a day on the slopes. Go skiing, sledging and tobogganing, or take a lovely walk or a scenic bike ride with the whole family. The accommodation offers room for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) and is on the 2nd floor. You reach the accommodation via the stairs. All rooms in the accommodation are on one floor, but some rooms are linked with steps. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa bed with a television and a dining table for four. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons: with an induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, you have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200cm) is next to the kitchen. The bedroom has a second TV so you can watch TV from the comfort of your bed. There are also 2 bedside tables, bedside lamps and a wardrobe. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 children. The bathroom has a walk-in/rain shower, toilet, washbasin and towel radiator. The accommodation overlooks the Sauerland mountains. You can enjoy a leisurely walk in the area with your dog, who can join you on holiday because this accommodation allows one pet. There is no washing machine in the accommodation, but you may use the one in the shared storage room for bikes and skis free of charge. This accommodation is in Neuastenberg. The centre of Neuastenberg has a bakery and several restaurants where you can enjoy a tasty meal or a drink. It also has a small family-friendly ski area, including a natural toboggan run. Das Appartement liegt auf der zweite Etage und bietet 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) Platz. Sie erreichen die Unterkunft über die Treppe. Alle Zimmer liegen dort auf einer Etage, obwohl es einige Höhenunterschiede wie z. B. eine Treppe gibt. Im Wohnzimmer erwarten Sie ein bequemes (Schlaf-)Sofa vor dem Fernseher und ein Esstisch mit Platz für vier Personen. Die Küche bietet alle erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten. Mit ihrer Ausstattung einschließlich Induktionskochfeld, Kombi-Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine haben Sie alles zur Hand, um sich eine leckere Mahlzeit zuzubereiten. In de woonkamer vind je een comfortabele (slaap)bank met daarbij een televisie en een eettafel met ruimte voor vier personen. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Met een inductiekookplaat, combi-magnetron, vaatwasser, koelkast met vriesvakje, broodrooster, waterkoker en nespresso koffiezetapparaat heb je alles in huis om je maaltijden te bereiden. De omgeving is heerlijk om te wandelen met je hond, die mag gezellig mee op vakantie want in deze accommodatie is één huisdier toegestaan.
