This stately, detached and restyled villa is located in Holiday Park Cape Helius, 2 km from the centre of the fortified town of Hellevoetsluis and just about 6 km of the first North Sea beach. There's a large living room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate toilet in the hall. On the first floor, there are six bedrooms, four of which each with two single box-spring beds, and two with three singe box-spring beds, which could be set up as a double bed. There are also four bathrooms with shower or bathtub. A property with traditional sauna is available on request at a preferential cost. There's a separate toilet on the landing. A cot and high chair are available in the villa. For your convenience, there's a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer. Cette majestueuse villa indépendante et rénovée est située dans le parc de vacances Cape Helius, à 2 km. du centre de la ville fortifiée de Hellevoetsluis et à seulement 6 km environ. de la première plage de la mer du Nord. Elle a une salle de séjour spacieuse et une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée avec entre autres un lave-vaisselle et un four à micro-ondes. Il y a des toilettes séparées dans le hall. Le premier étage comprend six chambres à coucher, dont quatre avec deux lits simples à sommier à ressorts et deux avec trois lits simples à sommier à ressorts chacun, qui peuvent être disposés en lits doubles. Vous y trouverez également quatre salles de bain avec douche ou baignoire. Une propriété avec sauna traditionnel est disponible sur demande à un coût préférentiel.. Il y a des toilettes séparées sur le palier. La villa est équipée d'un lit d'enfant et d'une chaise haute. Une buanderie équipée d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge complète le tout.
