The exteriors of this beautiful country house are fully equipped to enjoy the summer time. The private swimming pool is chlorinated and measures 6.5 x 3.5 metres while the depth ranges from 1.20 to 2.10 metres. There are 6 sun loungers and an umbrella for sunbathing. There are several terraces and a porch equipped to enjoy a delicious barbecue, as well as a table with a tent for outdoor dining. Outside you will also find a ping-pong table, a shower and a toilet. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. On the property there is an organic vegetable garden where you can eat seasonal fruit and vegetables. You can also pick fresh eggs, which you will also find there. The two-storey house offers a cosy style with all the necessary equipment for a perfect stay. On the ground floor you will find the dining room with TV-sat; the kitchen with ceramic hob and adjoining dining area; and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a second living room, the 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one with two single beds), all with TV and wardrobes, and two bathrooms with shower. The living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can provide 2 cots and 2 high chairs if you are travelling with babies. Santa Margalida is a small village that offers the basic services for an independent stay. The house is on the outskirts, not far from the road that will take you to the beach, so you may occasionally hear the noise of cars. The house is only 8.4 km away from one of the most wonderful beaches of the island, Platja dels Capellans, with magnificent restaurants on the sand where you can enjoy a fabulous paella. Hay varias terrazas y un porche equipados para poder disfrutar de una deliciosa barbacoa, además de una mesa con carpa para que puedan celebrar comidas al aire libre. Fuera encontrarán también una mesa de ping-pong ducha y un aseo. La propiedad de se encuentra vallada y la privacidad es total. En la finca hay un huerto ecológico del que podrán consumir fruta y verdura de temporada. Además, también podrán coger huevos frescos que encontrarán también allí. La casa de dos plantas ofrece un estilo acogedor con todo el equipamiento necesario para una estancia perfecta. En la planta baja se encuentran la sala comedor con TV-sat; la cocina con vitrocerámica y comedor adjunto; y un baño con ducha. En la primera planta tenemos una segunda salita, los 3 dormitorios (dos dobles y uno con dos camas individuales), todos con TV y armarios, y dos baños con ducha.
