De omgeving is voorzien van een groot aantal olijfbomen, hazelnootbomen en dennen. De omgeving leent zich uitstekend voor mooie wandeltochten en een bezoek aan het nabijgelegen kustplaatsje Brolo is ook zeer de moeite waard. Begin de dag met een verkoelende duik in het zwembad en plof vervolgens neer op het tuinmeubilair met een verse kop koffie. Er is parkeergelegenheid aanwezig bij het huis en de keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken. Bovendien is er een recreatieruimte met een biljarttafel aanwezig.
