In 2019, this fully restyled semi-detached villa on Ferienresort Cochem was added to the program. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV. There is also an open kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the hall there is a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (whether or not in a double arrangement). There are also two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. One of the bathrooms features a toilet. A stair gate upstairs, a high chair and a camp bed make this holiday home a child-friendly house. Outside you will find a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking space for one car at the holiday home. At Cochem Holiday Resort, there are several holiday homes for rent for four to a maximum of fourteen people. Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. Die offene Küche ist mit Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Im Flur befindet sich ein separates WC. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten (ggf. auch als Doppelbett). Zwei Badezimmer, eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne, sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Eines der Badezimmer verfügt über ein WC. Ein Treppengitter im Obergeschoss, ein Hochstuhl und ein Feldbett machen dieses Ferienhaus kinderfreundlich. Im Außenbereich erwartet Sie ein Garten mit Terrasse und Gartenmöbeln. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt am Ferienhaus vorhanden. Im Ferienresort Cochem vermieten wir mehrere Ferienhäuser für vier bis maximal vierzehn Personen. Hinweis: Von Montag, 2. September 2024, bis Sonntag, 1. Juni 2025, werden das Hallenbad und das Kleinkinder-/Vorschulbecken im Ferienresort Cochem umfassend renoviert. In dieser Zeit sind beide Schwimmbäder geschlossen. 2026: Das Schwimmbad ist vom 12.01. bis 18.01.2026 wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen. 2027: Das Schwimmbad ist vom 11.01. bis 17.01.2027 wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen. Una barrera para escaleras en la planta superior, una trona y una cama plegable hacen de esta casa de vacaciones un lugar ideal para niños. Au premier étage, vous trouverez deux chambres, chacune avec deux lits simples (possibilité de les combiner en lit double ou non). Une barrière d'escalier, une chaise haute et un lit de camp font de cette maison de vacances un lieu idéal pour les enfants. Le Cochem Holiday Resort propose plusieurs maisons de vacances à louer pouvant accueillir de quatre à quatorze personnes maximum. Eén van de badkamers is voorzien van een toilet. Een traphekje op de bovenverdieping, een kinderstoel en een campingbedje maken dit vakantiehuis tot een kindvriendelijke woning. Buiten vindt u een tuin met terras en tuinmeubilair. Bij het vakantiehuis is parkeergelegenheid voor één auto. Op Vakantieresort Cochem zijn diverse vakantiehuizen te huur voor vier tot maximaal veertien personen. W 2019 roku do programu dołączono w pełni odnowioną willę w zabudowie bliźniaczej w ośrodku Ferienresort Cochem. Na parterze znajduje się salon z telewizorem. Do dyspozycji Gości jest również otwarta kuchnia ze zmywarką i kuchenką mikrofalową. W holu znajduje się osobna toaleta. Na piętrze znajdują się dwie sypialnie, każda z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami (możliwość ustawienia łóżek w układzie podwójnym lub nie). Do dyspozycji Gości są również dwie łazienki: jedna z prysznicem, a druga z wanną. Jedna z łazienek posiada toaletę. Bramka na schody na piętrze, krzesełko do karmienia i łóżeczko polowe sprawiają, że ten dom wakacyjny jest przyjazny dla dzieci. Na zewnątrz znajduje się ogród z tarasem i meblami ogrodowymi. Przy domu wakacyjnym znajduje się miejsce parkingowe na jeden samochód. W ośrodku Cochem Holiday Resort oferujemy kilka domów wakacyjnych do wynajęcia dla czterech do maksymalnie czternastu osób. Uwaga: Od poniedziałku 2 września 2024 r. do niedzieli 1 czerwca 2025 r. kryty basen i basen dla małych dzieci/przedszkolaków w ośrodku Ferienresort Cochem będą poddawane gruntownym remontom.
