À volta do moinho, foram-se acrescentando construções e, há cerca de vinte anos, foram efetuadas importantes obras, tendo parte da propriedade sido renovada. No total, são cerca de 730 m2 de área construída e quase 1000 m2 de área murada.Os edifícios são todos térreos, com exceção do moinho que tem dois pisos, e estão distribuídos da seguinte forma: Na fachada sul, existe um pequeno jardim com vista para a rua e um pequeno terraço com varanda onde se encontra a porta de entrada da casa original. A casa tem cinco divisões e uma casa de banho com banheira. Foram instaladas persianas de alumínio ao longo de toda a fachada. A casa de banho situa-se no final do corredor que liga a casa ao pátio. Dům má pět pokojů a koupelnu s vanou. Podél celé fasády byly instalovány hliníkové okenice. Koupelna se nachází na konci chodby, která spojuje dům s terasou. Ta byla také zrekonstruována: podlaha je z dlažby, stejně jako spodní část stěn, a okna a dveře jsou z hliníku. Vedle kuchyně jsou přístupové dveře do zemědělského skladu, pod verandou s výhledem na krásnou terasu cca 225 m2. Na nádvoří je tradiční chodník, ovocné stromy a rostliny, 18 m hluboká studna, stará umývárna, dveře na vnější stranu severní zdi a další dvě verandy vedle zrekonstruovaného domu.Tento dům, nedávno zrekonstruovaný, se nachází na východní straně a skládá se ze vstupní haly, koupelny se sprchovým koutem a čtyř pokojů, z nichž jeden umožňuje přístup do mlýna. Na podlaze je dlažba, vnitřní polodveře a dřevěná okna jsou původní, okenice jsou hliníkové. Vstupní dveře přes nádvoří jsou také nedávné.Podél severní a západní ohradní zdi vytvořili majitelé stinnou zahradu na okraji polí. Letzteres wurde ebenfalls renoviert: Der Boden besteht aus Fliesen, ebenso wie der untere Teil der Wände, und die Fenster und Türen sind aus Aluminium. Neben der Küche befindet sich eine Zugangstür zum landwirtschaftlichen Lagerhaus unter einer Veranda mit Blick auf den schönen Innenhof von ca. 225 m2. Der Hof verfügt über einen traditionellen Bürgersteig, Obstbäume und Pflanzen, einen 18 m tiefen Brunnen, ein altes Waschhaus, eine Tür zur Außenseite der Nordwand und zwei weitere Veranden neben dem renovierten Haus.Dieses kürzlich renovierte Haus befindet sich auf der Ostseite und besteht aus einer Eingangshalle, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und vier Zimmern, von denen eines Zugang zur Mühle bietet. Der Boden ist gefliest, die Innenhalbtüren und Holzfenster sind original und die Fensterläden sind aus Aluminium. Die Eingangstür durch den Innenhof ist ebenfalls neu.Entlang der nördlichen und westlichen Begrenzungsmauern legten die Besitzer einen schattigen Garten am Rande der Felder an. Ce dernier dispose également d’une autre porte d’accès sur la façade nord. En entrant dans la cour, il y a un débarras sur la droite, dos au porche. S’ensuit le couloir d’accès à la maison d’origine, qui possède une porte d’accès au moulin sur la gauche, en passant par un grand salon. A gauche de la porte menant au couloir, un portail donne également accès à cette pièce depuis la cour. On y trouve : - À l’extrémité opposée, une petite salle de bain avec douche. - À droite, la porte qui mène au couloir de la maison. - Sur la gauche, une autre chambre avec baies vitrées donnant sur la cour. - À l’extrémité opposée, un passage derrière le moulin mène à l’autre maison, qui a été rénovée, donnant sur le côté est de la propriété. - Au centre et à gauche se trouve le moulin lui-même, en forme de cylindre de deux étages, avec un pilier central et deux balcons au deuxième étage qui offrent une vue magnifique sur les environs.En revenant sur la cour, sur la façade ouest, nous trouvons deux grandes pièces, l’une sans fenêtres et l’autre avec cheminée, qui sert de cuisine. Na nádvoří je tradiční chodník, ovocné stromy a rostliny, 18 m hluboká studna, stará umývárna, dveře na vnější stranu severní zdi a další dvě verandy vedle zrekonstruovaného domu.Tento dům, nedávno zrekonstruovaný, se nachází na východní straně a skládá se ze vstupní haly, koupelny se sprchovým koutem a čtyř pokojů, z nichž jeden umožňuje přístup do mlýna. Na podlaze je dlažba, vnitřní polodveře a dřevěná okna jsou původní, okenice jsou hliníkové. Letzteres wurde ebenfalls renoviert: Der Boden besteht aus Fliesen, ebenso wie der untere Teil der Wände, und die Fenster und Türen sind aus Aluminium. Neben der Küche befindet sich eine Zugangstür zum landwirtschaftlichen Lagerhaus unter einer Veranda mit Blick auf den schönen Innenhof von ca. 225 m2.
Der Hof verfügt über einen traditionellen Bürgersteig, Obstbäume und Pflanzen, einen 18 m tiefen Brunnen, ein altes Waschhaus, eine Tür zur Außenseite der Nordwand und zwei weitere Veranden neben dem renovierten Haus.Dieses kürzlich renovierte Haus befindet sich auf der Ostseite und besteht aus einer Eingangshalle, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und vier Zimmern, von denen eines Zugang zur Mühle bietet. Der Boden ist gefliest, die Innenhalbtüren und Holzfenster sind original und die Fensterläden sind aus Aluminium. Au début de ce couloir, nous trouvons la porte d’accès à la cour, une petite pièce sans fenêtre et une grande pièce avec des fenêtres en aluminium à double vitrage donnant sur la rue, à l’endroit où la rue se transforme en chemin de terre, juste à côté du porche extérieur pour le parking.À l’extrême gauche de la façade sud, après le porche, se trouve la porte d’accès à l’enceinte fortifiée et une autre porte d’accès à un grand entrepôt de 125 m2 pour le matériel agricole. Ce dernier dispose également d’une autre porte d’accès sur la façade nord. En entrant dans la cour, il y a un débarras sur la droite, dos au porche. - À l’extrémité opposée, un passage derrière le moulin mène à l’autre maison, qui a été rénovée, donnant sur le côté est de la propriété.
- Au centre et à gauche se trouve le moulin lui-même, en forme de cylindre de deux étages, avec un pilier central et deux balcons au deuxième étage qui offrent une vue magnifique sur les environs.En revenant sur la cour, sur la façade ouest, nous trouvons deux grandes pièces, l’une sans fenêtres et l’autre avec cheminée, qui sert de cuisine. Ce dernier a également été rénové : le sol est en carrelage, tout comme la partie inférieure des murs, et les fenêtres et la porte sont en aluminium.
