Being part of the municipality of Góis and located in Roda Summit (place where there was one of the first explorations of gold and other minerals in Portuguese territory, explored in the time of the Roman Empire), this semi-detached house transports us to calmer times, when our grandparents and great-grandparents led simple lives, linked to pastoralism and subsistence agriculture. On the ground floor we find two rooms, which were formerly called "shop", and where grains, equipment, or even some animals were usually kept.On the first floor we have the living area itself, with a reasonably sized kitchen, full bathroom, a living room and two bedrooms.In the living room we have a staircase that gives access to the attic, which covers practically the entire implantation area of the house. Fazendo parte do concelho de Góis e situada na Roda Cimeira (lugar onde havia uma das primeiras explorações de ouro e outros minérios em território português, explorada ainda no tempo do Império Romano), esta moradia geminada transporta-nos para tempos mais calmos, em que os nossos avós e bisavós levavam vidas simples, ligados à pastorícia e agricultura de subsistência. No rés-do-chão encontramos duas divisões, que antigamente eram designadas de "loja", e onde normalmente se guardavam cereais, equipamentos, ou até alguns animais.No primeiro andar temos a área de habitação propriamente dita, com uma cozinha de tamanho razoável, casa de banho completa, uma sala e dois quartos.Na sala temos uma escada que dá acesso ao sótão, que cobre praticamente toda a área de implantação da casa. Apesar do declive do telhado, mesmo sem levantar o andar, a grande largura permite que se aproveite esta área para fazer mais uma sala ou quarto com boa capacidade de arrumação nas laterais.Para além da beleza natural da Serra da Lousã, em que a pequena aldeia se encontra inserida, há a destacar a piscina natural da Roda Cimeira, local que dificilmente se encontra nos normais destinos de lazer.Sendo um local perfeito para quem quer passar férias com tranquilidade, adequa-se também às necessidades de quem procura algum isolamento, sem que se sinta completamente à margem.
Faisant partie de la municipalité de Góis et située au sommet de Roda (lieu où il y a eu l’une des premières explorations d’or et d’autres minéraux en territoire portugais, exploré à l’époque de l’Empire romain), cette maison jumelée nous transporte dans des temps plus calmes, lorsque nos grands-parents et arrière-grands-parents menaient une vie simple, liée au pastoralisme et à l’agriculture de subsistance. Au rez-de-chaussée, nous trouvons deux pièces, qui s’appelaient autrefois « boutique », et où l’on gardait habituellement des céréales, du matériel ou même certains animaux.Au premier étage, nous avons le salon lui-même, avec une cuisine de taille raisonnable, une salle de bain complète, un salon et deux chambres.Dans le salon, nous avons un escalier qui donne accès au grenier, qui couvre pratiquement toute la zone d’implantation de la maison. Malgré la pente du toit, même sans surélever le plancher, la grande largeur vous permet de profiter de cet espace pour faire un autre salon ou chambre avec une bonne capacité de rangement sur les côtés.En plus de la beauté naturelle de la Serra da Lousã, dans laquelle se trouve le petit village, il y a la piscine naturelle de Roda Cimeira, un endroit que l’on trouve difficilement dans les destinations de loisirs normales.Étant un endroit parfait pour ceux qui veulent passer des vacances en toute tranquillité, il répond également aux besoins de ceux qui recherchent un peu d’isolement, sans se sentir complètement sur la touche.
