Het kwam met voordeel. Het pand in kwestie heeft een wijngaard met ongeveer 2 ha, terrasvormig, olijfbomen en een agrarisch gebouw. Dit alles gelegen in de gemeente Fiolhal, niet ver van Alijo, op het kruispunt van de Douro en de Tua. De totale oppervlakte van het land is 4 ha, zijnde 1990 met wijngaarden, het grootste deel is rood maar ook met een groot deel wit. Celá vinice je tvořena starými vinicemi, jejichž stáří se pohybuje mezi 40 a 60 lety, na pozemku je také sto olivovníků.
