Foi implementado um sistema de aquecimento, por chão radiante, aquecido por uma caldeira a gás que tem o apoio de painéis solares. As águas quentes sanitárias obedecem ao mesmo princípio. O imóvel contempla ainda uma lareira a lenha, bem como um fogão a lenha, fogão, este que contempla uma caldeira de água, que quando em uso auxilia o aquecimento de águas quer para o pavimento radiante quer para águas sanitárias.
