Se encuentra ubicado en una buena localización, entre el Sector 3 y el cementerio municipal. Es una localización estratégica al quedarse cómodamente integrada con el núcleo urbano, con contigüidad al suelo residencial. Además, es un terreno plano, lo cual facilita el funcionamiento del equipamiento y la accesibilidad a la totalidad de la parcela. Wir präsentieren ein Grundstück von ca. 20.000m2 für die Realisierung eines betreuten Wohnprojekts für ältere oder behinderte Menschen in der Gemeinde Sant Martí Sarroca. Es befindet sich in einer guten Lage, zwischen Sektor 3 und dem städtischen Friedhof. Es ist eine strategische Lage, da es bequem in den Stadtkern integriert ist, angrenzend an das Wohngrundstück. Darüber hinaus ist es flaches Land, das den Betrieb der Ausrüstung und die Zugänglichkeit des gesamten Grundstücks erleichtert.Mit der Konsolidierung des Grundstücks wird die Rambla dels Països Catalans auf den Stadtpark ausgedehnt und bildet eine Verbindungsachse zwischen dem städtischen Kern und dem Bereich der Einrichtungen und Grünflächen. Het is gelegen op een goede locatie, tussen Sector 3 en de gemeentelijke begraafplaats. Het is een strategische locatie omdat het comfortabel is geïntegreerd met de stedelijke kern, grenzend aan woongrond. Si trova in una buona posizione, tra il Settore 3 e il cimitero comunale. Si tratta di una posizione strategica in quanto comodamente integrata con il nucleo urbano, adiacente a terreno residenziale.
