All vastly improved.Nanny Cay Marina is ideally placed, being just a short boat ride from Norman Island, Peter Island and Cooper Island. The private dock is designed for your centre console or RIB, the ideal boat for island hopping around the BVI.The Marina---s internal infrastruture --- back up generators, water plant and sewerage system --- proved to be invaluable immediately after the storms with Nanny cay being one of the few locations in the BVI to have power and water back up and running very early on.Nanny Cay---s rental program includes full property management from their hotel team and is very competitive. Essendo sopravvissuti con pochissimi danni e meglio della maggior parte degli edifici di Tortola, ora sono più popolari che mai. Questa unità con tre camere da letto e tre bagni è un ottimo esempio. La camera da letto principale, con bagno privato, è particolarmente spaziosa e confortevole con il proprio balcone privato da cui godersi la vista sul porto turistico, sull'oceano e sull'isola. Il n. 11 viene venduto completamente arredato, chiavi in mano e pronto per l'uso.Qual era l'attrazione prima delle tempeste? Ayant survécu avec très peu de dégâts et mieux que la majorité des bâtiments de Tortola, ils sont maintenant plus populaires que jamais. Cette unité de trois chambres à coucher et trois salles de bains en est un excellent exemple. La chambre principale, avec salle de bain attenante, est particulièrement spacieuse et confortable avec son propre balcon très privé d’où profiter de la vue sur la marina, l’océan et l’île. Le n° 11 est vendu entièrement meublé, clé en main et prêt à partir.Quelle était l’attraction avant les tempêtes ? Une maison au bord de l’eau nouvellement construite avec un quai, finie à un niveau élevé avec des armoires, des installations et des accessoires personnalisés, entièrement meublée et clé en main, située dans une communauté de marina florissante et dynamique. Tout cela reste vrai. Cette communauté --- a pris quelques coups --- pendant les tempêtes, comme on dit, mais elle revient plus forte que jamais. Les chambres de l’hôtel sont en cours d’amélioration substantielle. Le bar de plage, la plage et la piscine sont plus populaires que jamais. L’épicerie, le café et le café Genakars sont ouverts. Il y avait toujours une liste d’attente longue comme le bras pour louer les maisons de ville de Nanny Cay. Aujourd’hui, cette liste est encore plus longue. L’hôtel a été entièrement réaménagé avec une nouvelle aile qui vient d’ouvrir ses portes. Il y a un nouveau restaurant fantastique, Omar vend une excellente cuisine locale et Island Roots Coffee Shop a déménagé dans un nouvel endroit verdoyant et ombragé.
