Strolling in Salizada San Lio, a street full of bars and shops, we arrive in front of "Calle del Volto," which owes its name to the arch that connects the houses between the two calli. Walking along it, we find ourselves in front of a private bridge, beyond which we catch a glimpse of the private courtyard of the building that houses our property. In fact, having crossed the canal, we meet the entrance to the condominium stairs leading to the apartment, located on the 1st floor. Once inside, we enter the large entrance hall/living room, equipped with two beautiful windows, one of which has a small balcony, which give light to the room and provide a very pleasant view of the quiet canal below. Proceeding through the area used as a dining room, towards the left we then find the separate kitchen. The two bedrooms, reached from the living room, on the other hand, overlook the inner courtyard, made iconic by a characteristic "vera da pozzo." The master bedroom also has a comfortable en-suite bathroom, while the second bathroom is near the entrance. From the apartment, which has been finely restored, we can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire canal, immersed in the quiet but within walking distance of the "salizada." This is an elegant solution in the historic center of Venice, spacious and full of light, enhanced by the absolutely strategic location.The Castello district, the largest and among the oldest in Venice, is located at the eastern end of the city. Los dos dormitorios, a los que se accede desde el salón, en cambio, dan al patio interior, icónico por un característico pozo "vera". El dormitorio principal dispone también de un cómodo cuarto de baño en suite, mientras que el segundo cuarto de baño se encuentra cerca de la entrada. Desde el piso, finamente restaurado, podemos disfrutar de una hermosa vista de todo el canal, inmersos en la tranquilidad pero a sólo unos pasos de la "salizada". Le due camere da letto, raggiungibili dal soggiorno, sono invece affacciate sulla corte interna, che una caratteristica “vera” da pozzo rende speciale. La camera padronale beneficia inoltre di un comodo bagno en-suite, mentre l’altro servizio è in prossimità dell’ingresso. Dall’appartamento, finemente restaurato, si gode di un bellissimo scorcio sull’intero canale, senza che il vivace passaggio della vicina “salizada” rechi alcun disturbo alla tranquillità domestica.
